Eby-Otto Project

Prospective mining claim package

The Eby-Otto and Tinney area was originally discovered by silver prospectors originating from the town of Cobalt prospecting for silver.
But instead of silver, they found occurrences of gold near the shore of Otto Lake in 1906.

Drilling at Eby-Otto
Initial drilling will target regional fault structures, mapped alteration zones and areas of increased sulphides, and surface veins with anomalous gold mineralization.
We are excited to start drilling at Eby-Otto. It is a very promising land package close to a producing mine with outcropping mineralized veins already identified. Our geological team has done a good amount of work there already this year with channel samples taken at key outcrop locations and sent to the lab for analysis (assays pending). We are looking forward to the results of both the channel sampling and the drilling.

STRATEGY

Prospective Opportunity

The Eby-Otto Property is a prospective land package of 1,000 hectares in the Kirkland Lake Gold camp located on the prolific Larder Lake-Cadillac Break. The property was purchased in 2021 from a team of local geologists.
Promising Location
Within 5 km of the Macassa Gold Mine operated by Kirkland Lake Gold. Macassa is one of the highest-grade gold mines in the world.
Early Exploration
Gold-bearing veins outcropping at the surface in several places and follow-up exploration is planned for 2022.
Initial Plans
Geological mapping, the stripping of outcrops, and channel sampling, in preparation for a subsequent drill program, which began in late 2022.

History

The property represents the core mining claims of Doug Robinson and Jim Reed, two of the foremost geological experts in the region.
Significant work includes an airborne drone-based geophysical survey, substantial hand stripping and identification of drill targets.

Geology

The property is in an area that has long held the interest of geologists because of its close proximity to the high-grade underground Macassa gold mine. The team is encouraged by numerous outcropping high-grade gold veins at Eby-Otto that have assayed up to 14.03 g/t Au in past sampling/drilling
The company is optimistic on the future of the property, especially in light of geologist Doug Robinson’s continued involvement.
